MISSION FIELD: Week 46

   OK, so I don't have much time, but this week was really good and we are having more success!!  We got to baptize Jorge this last week and it was really good.  He really changed his life for this work and is growing strong!!  Well, I really don't have time left and I'm sorry.  I will write a big one next week!!

   (Hey mom, in the box can you send old fashion hard candy like root beer and cherry, lemon and horehound?  That would be great !!)

MISSION FIELD: Week 45

                                                                                   24 March 2014

    Well, this week was really good.  We had the chance to baptize Baldino this week and man, it was a fight, but it was good and he is really happy now!!   So, this week kind of slowed down, but I think its just 'cause lots of stuff happened in Praia this week.  We are on water conservation mode, 'cause Praia won't have water for the next 2 weeks. so it will be really fun time!!!  I'm excited.  So. we went to Cidade Velha, (Old Town), again today.  It was fun I got lots more pics and some video to, so its fun.  Man, we had a great lesson on the Book of Mormon this last week.  It was really good, because I finished reading it the day before and just got even more knowledge about the veracidade (?) of it.  I'm super happy in what God is turning me into and super glad for coming on a mission.  Have a great week, love you all!!

MISSION FIELD: Week 44

   OK, I want you to know I forgot I hadn't sent this yet and I'm really sorry.   But this week has been great we are going to have a batismo this week and I'm really happy for it and ya once again I'm sorry this is short letter.  Next week I will send this one first.  Oh, and by the way see y'all in 366 days!!! ha ha ha  But no, really.....OK, got to go.  Love y'all.

JUST KIDDING!!!!!

   Well this week has been amazing and we are really lucky to be here right now.  Well, we had interviews with president last week and they were very nice.  Learned lots of stuff.  So, we found 10 new people to teach!!!   And how did we find them?  By sitting down and waiting on the street!!   Yup, it was great!!  One of them is a family that all live together and man, are they cool.  They have been to church before and they liked it, so that's really nice.

   Then, in district meeting we got a training about how to have more faith in our work and it was really nice.  

   Well, that is all that happened this week, so yup.  I know this church is true and that it is the only way to get back to heavenly father and I'm so grateful for the changes and trials I have had in my life, cause its making me into someone I never thought I could be.  I know the Savior lives and loves us and we are the children of God.  I know all this to be true. MISSION FIELD: Week 43

Well Hello Everyone and Good Day!

  I have had a great week and this letter will be kinda short. So ya, so this week we found lots of new people to teach which is great!!  We found a guy that wants to be baptized so that is great and we are still trying to get this area up and running right, so ya, fun stuff!!!  But that's my little world here and I hope you all have a great week!!!

MISSION FIELD: Week 42

Hello and I know you all had a great week!!!!!!

   Well, last Tuesday I received a knew comp.  His name is Elder Wells and he is such a great guy.  He is from Logan, Utah and loves prestar attencao.  Ha ha, inside joke.   We decided it was just best to clean our area and start from scratch and man that was a good choice.  We have received so many blessings this last week and they just keep coming.  We found one guy this last week and he is so great!!  We took him to church on Sunday and he got up and told everyone in testimony meeting that this is the church of God and he has found his path in life.  He is from Santa May, I think that's how to spell it, but its a country on the other side of Africa.  Pray The Church can enter and teach there.  They are a waiting for the church to come.  But ya, that is my week.  Oh, and the sin party is starting by the way, that's carnival.  Worst thing on earth. Well, have a great week and I love you all!!!!!
